Process flow:
1. Raw material preparation: Use wood crusher to grind the biomass raw materials (wood, straw, etc.) into uniform small sizes.
2. Drying: Raw biomass material usually contains moisture. A rotary drum dryer is used to reduce the moisture content to an ideal level to ensure pellet quality.
3. Pelletizing: The core component of the production line is the pelletizer, where the pre-treated biomass is compressed and formed into cylindrical pellets.
4. Cooling: After granulation, the pellets are usually hot and slightly brittle. The cooler reduces the temperature and hardens the pellets, making them more durable and easier to handle.
5. Packaging: Use a baler to automatically bag the pellets into bags of various sizes.
